Ana Mosqueda has been a driving force behind transformative citywide nonprofit projects in both Chicago and New York City for over a decade. Notably, as Project Manager, she spearheaded initiatives such as the Chicago Teachers Education Pipeline, Chicago Connected, and the groundbreaking Accountability Redesign initiative. Her leadership extended to guiding Stakeholder Engagement Design Teams, recognized for their innovative approach to collaboration and radical inclusion. The impactful recommendations generated by these teams achieved unanimous approval from the Chicago Board of Education, subsequently becoming official policy for Chicago Public Schools in April 2023.

As a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants, a dedicated Chicago Public Schools alumna, and the first in her family to achieve a postgraduate degree, Ana Mosqueda brings a unique perspective and unwavering commitment to her work. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Psychology from National-Louis University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University, Chicago. Beyond her professional endeavors, she harbors a deep passion for literature, creative writing, and cultivating inclusive spaces where diverse voices and narratives can be celebrated and shared.
