The Community Engagement Accelerator
The Community Engagement Accelerator (CEA) is an intensive leadership program that equips executives, senior leaders, and engagement teams—from nonprofits to government agencies and school districts—with the expertise required for genuine community engagement.
Launched in partnership with The Chicago Public Education Fund, this innovative initiative focuses on driving systemic change. We empower leaders to translate knowledge and skill into action, enabling them to build powerful coalitions, foster stronger stakeholder relationships, and mobilize communities for effective advocacy and measurable impact.
Kids First Chicago
Kids First Chicago (K1C) is an education nonprofit that brings together Black and Latine families in solidarity to create stronger public schools to support all children in Chicago.

Intrinsic Schools
Intrinsic operates two high-performing public schools. Their mission is to provide every student with what they need to achieve their postsecondary plans.

In partnership with the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation, I helped implement the Youth Climate Action Fund (YCAF) program which aimed to support Mayors across America by engaging youth to address climate action.
Kids First Chicago
Civic Engagement & Community Impact
We partnered with Kids First Chicago to launch a coalition to amplify community voices in Chicago. In addition to developing a coalition, we proactively engaged Chicago school board members to ensure parents and community members had direct access to decision-makers during a time of crisis and transition.
The Chicago Public Education Fund
Leadership & Coaching
Developed a transformative program to strengthen school-family partnerships and improve student outcomes. By equipping school leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to engage families effectively, we've helped create more supportive and inclusive school communities.
