LeShonne W. Quiñones Segura (she/her/ella) is an award-winning organizational leader, a healing centered coach, and a top expert in bridging rigorous strategy with deep cultural competency. With over 15 years of executive leadership experience in the education and nonprofit sectors, her highly sought-after expertise empowers mission-driven organizations to drive sustainable social impact. As the Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer at The luminary Collective (TLC) – an MBE-certified, BIPOC-led social impact consulting firm – LeShonne champions TLC’s core pillars of strategy, leadership, and engagement to help partners translate ambitious visions into operational realities.

Through TLC, LeShonne designs innovative solutions deeply rooted in the lived experiences of communities. She leads Theory of Change development, long-term implementation planning, and program evaluation, providing organizations with the comprehensive direction needed to secure diversified funding and improve operational efficiency. Parallel to her strategic consulting, LeShonne is a dedicated executive coach specializing in high-achieving women, BIPOC, and LGBTQUIA+ leaders navigating professional transitions and intersectional burnout. As a certified restorative yoga and dance instructor focusing on race-based trauma, she uniquely infuses mindfulness, embodiment, and breathwork into her coaching practice, helping leaders design tailored plans for sustainable career and personal transformation.

An educator turned non-profit senior executive, LeShonne’s career is grounded in a deep commitment to equity. She began her career as a teacher on Chicago’s west side and subsequently drove impact as a college counselor, school administrator, and nonprofit leader. A proud first-generation college graduate, she holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Amherst College, and a Master's in Teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education. She is currently a Baumhart Civic Scholar pursuing her MBA at Loyola University's Quinlan School of Business. Her systemic impact has been widely recognized; she is an inaugural fellow of the Surge Institute, an Education Pioneers Agent of Change, and a Negocios Now 40 Under 40 Latinos honoree.

LeShonne’s civic efforts transcend her day job. She serves on the board of directors for the Chicago Children's Theatre, championing inclusive arts education and youth development. A Chicago native, proud Chicago Public Schools (CPS) alumna, and current CPS parent, LeShonne resides in Humboldt Park with her husband and their daughter. In her downtime, you can find her weightlifting, reading, or traveling with her family.
