Rashida Kimbrue Major is a strategic program designer, evaluator and culture-builder with over 10 years of experience providing wrap-around support to equity-centered work in the education and nonprofit space. Her areas of expertise include creating inclusive spaces, lifting up marginalized voices and transforming systems to more intentionally invest in the development and wellness of teams and communities.
Rashida has partnered with over 20 school teams across 19 systems and 650+ school leaders to co-design innovative, people-centered programs that align mission with impact. She brings deep expertise in data and evaluation, cross-sector partnerships, and strategic facilitation, with prior roles at The Learning Accelerator, The Chicago Public Education Fund, and AppleTree Early Learning.
Her work is grounded in the belief that when organizations intentionally design for belonging and clarity, they unlock the full potential of those they serve. Rashida holds a B.S. from Hampton University and an M.A. from Full Sail University, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in organizational leadership.
